PMM Model

Process Maturity Model (PMM) was developed to ensure that processes are consistently evaluated, managed, controlled and reported across an enterprise. The model is designed to better understand the individual elements that helps achieve a more rigorous, structured, and controlled process program. In addition it creates a focus on high-risk or large impending change. Additionally, organizations are likely to have visibility into improvement initiatives to avoid conflicts, define common improvement approaches, and to identify and recommend improvements.
