Pallavi is a Knowledge and Communications Expert, whose core competencies include leveraging intellectual capital across the organization, research & strategic planning, integrated marketing/ branding and communications planning, including implementation and evaluation. She is a result-oriented professional with a focused track record in MCK (Marketing, Communication and Knowledge Dissemination) strategies for delivering optimal results & business value in high-growth environments across different industries. Her expertise lies in the areas of brand & relationship management, community outreach, knowledge dissemination, research, operational leadership, and marketing & advertising communications.

Over the last two decades, she has undertaken several projects aimed at knowledge and best practices exchange through the organization’s operational business services and systems by, among others, strengthening links between knowledge and information systems; and developing collaborative tools such as activity rooms/ workshops/ seminars/ case studies to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.

At RvaluE, Pallavi has demonstrated her all-roundercapabilities in the Business Services sector with experience in knowledge management, business process management, stakeholder management, project management for customer service/ support services functions. At Shared Services Forum (SSF), which is a pioneering Industry Forum ‘For Practitioners, By Practitioners’ of the Business Services & Shared Services Leaders/ Professionals, she enables conceptualization and execution of programs aimed at information aggregation, creation and dissemination for both internal & external audiences through knowledge sharing events (such as conferences, leadership interactions, site visits, talk shows, publications, Research & survey, etc.), maintaining knowledge sharing across the industry.

Pallavi also has an extensive experience in designing training curriculums and conducting training workshops on Leadership, pedagogy and brand management. She has facilitated trainings and seminars for both, education sector, and business sector aimed at Leadership Development and Capability Development. Fast paced solutions, creative techniques and innovative ideas coupled with her expertise in Management & Marketing areas enable her as a passionate facilitator.

Pallavi thrives in new challenges and building strong teams who can deliver.In the past, she has been an integral part of conceptualising and spearheading intensive research initiatives leading to the creation of significant IP in the space of education, notable amongst which is the award winning ‘The Millennium Learning System’, a pioneering philosophy that has significantly redefined the way teaching learning is transacted in schools across the country. She has conducted workshops and implemented training programs to stakeholders across the country, as part of realizing the initiative. She also authored a successful parenting Coffee Table book, ‘Parenting Little Ones in the New Millennium’, and several high school curriculum books.

Her stint at United Nations Development Program (UNDP) provided a strategic opportunity for knowledge dissemination to all stakeholders, agnostic to the role, which resulted in successful and impactful adoption of the program’s initiative.

She has previously been empanelled with the Planning Commission of India & Publication Division, Government of India as a licensed Editor.

Sheis anadventure sports enthusiast andtakes upparasailing,white-water river rafting, off-roading, biking and mountaineering opportunities for recharging her batteries. She is also a self-volunteered worker and mentor with several social organizations, orphanages, and NGOs. Afounder member of a Natural Disaster Management organization, incepted during the world’s worst economical disaster – 2014 Kashmir Floods. She has since continued to participate/ contribute toward rescue operations including the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, 2018 Kerala Floods, and many more.

Pallavi is a Delhi University Alumni. She is a Post-graduate in English Literature and Systems Management. She has also done Information Management from CSE (Centre for Science & Environment) and Project Management from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Delhi.
