Shared Services Forum (SSF), India forum disseminates knowledge through various publications, wherein industry insights, best practices, case studies and white papers on BPM adoption are shared for enabling enhanced business outcomes. 'Process Edge', an industry journal 'For Practitioners, By Practitioners', assimilates articles on innovative ideas and solutions, trending models, business transformation stories, capability models and frameworks, technology, etc. cutting across segments and functions, to enable process excellence and value delivery.
The first edition of the journal, titled 'Not a Choice Anymore', was launched in the year 2014 at SSF's National Conclave – the flagship annual event of the forum. This edition of the journal commenced sharing practices for enabling a structured strategy for the staff and support processes, thus ensuring cost optimization and greater efficiency, and gaining the Competitive Edge. SSF continues to publish the SSF Journal every year.
